What is the venue address and hours?
The event will be held at central park, Abuja. Festival gates open at 4pm and close at 11:00pm daily.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets can be transferred to another guest before the event by contacting our support team.
What accessibility features are available?
We are committed to making the event inclusive for everyone. The venue features wheelchair-accessible entrances, designated seating areas, and accessible restrooms. For additional assistance, please contact our help desk before the event.
What parking options are available?
Limited on-site parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We also recommend ride-sharing services and public transportation for convenience.
What items are allowed/prohibited?
Allowed: Small bags, phones, cameras (non-professional), reusable water bottles. Prohibited: Outside food or drinks, glass containers, weapons, illegal substances, and professional recording equipment.
What is the age restriction?
Age groups between 16 years and downwards are restricted to the event ground, but attendees under the restricted age that wish to attend must be accompanied by an adult.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband. Make sure your wristband remains intact for the entire day.
Is the event accessible?
Yes. The event grounds are designed to be fully accessible for people with disabilities. Our staff and volunteers are available to assist throughout the festival.
